StaffPoint Executive is headed by Pasi Honkalahti who has been with team since 2016. Previously, he has worked as an International Executive Search consultant and partner at AIMS International and Heidrick & Struggles among others. Before moving to recruitment and management consulting, Pasi served as an officer at the Finnish Border Guard.

Pasi has handled assignments across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, FMCG, specialty goods trade, the financial sector, and the NGO sector. Pasi’s functional specialties include CEO, Board of Directors, CMO and senior level HR management.

Pasi has a Master’s Degree in Military Sciences (Lieutenant Commander, retired) and an Executive MBA degree. He’s a certified CEB and Hogan assessor.

Tiina Kansanen joined the StaffPoint Executive team in September 2018 and works as a Senior Executive Consultant. Tiina has over 20 years’ experience of headhunting and personnel consulting. Before starting at StaffPoint Executive, she worked at Boyden for 11 years and at JFP for 5 years as a research consultant. She has a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration.

Tiina has handled assignments across a wide range of industries, including FMCG, retail, ICT and digital services, and media and marketing. Tiina’s functional specialties include CEO, CFO, CIO, senior sales and marketing management and senior business development roles.

Leena Salo joined the StaffPoint Executive team in August 2019 and works as a Senior Advisor.

Leena has a strong financial management background from a global family-owned company and several equity fund-owned companies. She is an experienced interim manager and has a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration.

At StaffPoint Executive, Leena focuses on the Interim Management business with a mission to increase awareness among the Finnish business community of the benefits offered by the Interim Management service and to help StaffPoint Executive’s customers to carry out their demanding transformation projects in a controlled and cost-effective manner.

Mikko Kemiläinen, who joined the StaffPoint Executive team in March 2020 as a Senior Advisor, is a diverse management specialist. He has extensive management experience from companies such as IKEA, Korn Ferry Hay Group and Ramboll. He has lectured in leadership and management at the HKUST Business School’s renowned MBA programme in Hong Kong.

In the Executive team, Kemiläinen leverages his skills and knowledge, for example, in Executive recruitment and Management Audits. He admires efficiently managed companies where leadership development has been made visible and where people with the right competences are in the right positions.
