Waiter / Waitress

StaffPoint is looking for WAITER / WAITRESS for the winter season 2025–2026 at Lapland Hotels SnowVillage.

Every year in November, a unique frozen experience is built in Lainio, covering an area of about 2 hectares. It features stunning ice sculptures, an ice restaurant and an ice bar. Reception and kitchen facilities, however, are warmly housed within log walls. The SnowVillage attracts around 80,000 visitors annually and its theme changes every year. Located near the Levi and Ylläs ski resorts, the location ensures a vibrant winter season. The distance is approx. 45 km from Levi, 30 km from Äkäslompolo, and 15 km from Ylläsjärvi.

The waiter's duties include all typical waiter tasks, such as buffet and à la carte waitering, as well as bar work at our unique ice bar. The work begins on November 25, 2025 and is expected to continue through the winter season until approximately April 6, 2026. Full-time hours are available at 112,5 hours per 3 weeks. The employment contract will be signed between the employee and StaffPoint.

What we require:

• EU citizenship/passport or a valid working permit for Finland
• Experience in the field
• Ability to work independently and under the pressure.
• Good spoken English
