International staffing

The demand for labor and the competition for employees have intensified even more. Work-based immigration is needed for almost every industry and every professional group. We want to participate in the development of the Finnish labor market, respond to the skills shortage with the latest solutions and invest in the promotion and support of work-related immigration. Our goal is to improve the employment of foreign experts already in Finland more effectively than at present.

International Services aims to strengthen our international competence by supporting our industries in the recruitment challenges and strengthens the utilization of skilled workers in the Finnish labor market. In addition, the purpose is to facilitate integration and settlement in Finland through employment.

International Services team focuses on creating and maintaining a network of trustworthy partnerships for cross-border staffing to our customers in Finland, identifying suitable candidate markets in different locations, and finding the right private and public partners in Finland to facilitate the relocation process. We build co-operation models with cities, refugee centers and independent associations to be able to outsource relocation living arrangements for our international talents.

One of the concrete and successful developments headed by the International Services Team has been the Security Through Work project (read more here).
