StaffPoint wants to be a good employer. That's why we're also a responsible employer.

StaffPoint-Group Code of Conduct

We treat every StaffPoint employee in a fair and equal manner. Our aim is to constantly improve our employees' job satisfaction, and we offer them versatile job and development opportunities. We also regularly measure the job satisfaction of our personnel.

Because the wellbeing of our employees is of particular importance to us, we offer them occupational health care that exceeds the provisions of statutory occupational health care. We also support their work ability and wellbeing at work with the help of work ability coordinators and nurses.

StaffPoint Group Whistleblowing channel

StaffPoint Group has a Whistleblowing channel in accordance with the requirements of the EU Directive. Through the anonymous channel, staff and stakeholders can report suspicions of misconduct or violations of general policies anonymously.

The notification channel does not deal with general HR issues or customer complaints.
