Spring House, the coaching company of the StaffPoint Group, cooperates closely with TE Offices (providers of public employment and business services) and municipalities. The local government pilots on employment are one form of this cooperation. The pilots run from 1 March 2021 to 30 June 2023, and their purpose is to strengthen the role of municipalities in the provision of employment services. A total of 30 pilot areas and 150 municipalities are participating in the pilots.
Spring House is providing employment services related to the pilots, including various types of individual coaching and guidance. Examples of individual guidance include job coaching, which supports the jobseeker’s employment and their ability to keep a job. The service can continue until the early stages of an employment relationship.
